Job summary

Kingdom Global Community Development Corporation is seeking a Program Analyst for the EEIC Modern Merchant Initiative. This role supports day-to-day administration, data management, and financial tracking across the program tracks.

The position is a full-time temporary, grant-funded engagement (Sept 2026–July 2027) reporting to the Program Manager. It includes organizational benefits and SBA reporting responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in program administration or nonprofit operations with data entry duties.
• Experience with financial tracking, invoicing, or accounts payable.
• Strong attention to detail across multiple program tracks simultaneously.
• Proficiency with CRM, spreadsheets, and document management tools.
• Excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced program environment.
• Commitment to serving LMI communities.

Responsibilities

• Log contractor hours monthly against signed contractor agreements.
• Input and track program invoices; match invoices to contracts, POs, and budgets.
• Flag discrepancies for Program Manager review and resolution.
• Maintain organized expenditure files with supporting documentation.
• Support SBA reporting and potential audits.
• Track incubator and bootcamp fees and report to accounting.
• Maintain participant records across all EEIC program tracks.
• Coordinate scheduling for sessions and events; prepare agendas and minutes.
• Support CRM data integrity and data collection for evaluations.
