Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience or the equivalent combination of education and professional experience
  • Active Secret clearance
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with database applications and presentation software is desirable
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Administrative procedures experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manages the flow of correspondence and documents for senior management signatures
  • Schedules and prepares for internal and external meetings and briefings
  • Analyzes responses for accuracy, policy impact and consistency
  • Drafts reports and position papers on organizational issues
  • Coordinates travel arrangements for the Managing Director and team
  • Supports FAO budget and HR taskers and coordinates with central offices
