Job summary

The Osborne Association is seeking a full-time Program Analyst to join our Data Analytics team in a hybrid role based in the Bronx or Brooklyn. The analyst will support program leadership with data and reporting to meet programmatic and budget goals, ensure data quality, and manage data entry and reporting processes for accurate performance insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in social sciences, public administration, business, CS, IT, statistics, or related areas.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience; nonprofit preferred with understanding of criminal legal system.
• Extreme proficiency with spreadsheets; familiarity with Google Sheets and Excel; Salesforce recommended.

Responsibilities

• Structure and maintain data systems for a portfolio of Osborne’s programs.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for funding agencies.
• Analyze data collected by program staff and input.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between databases.
