Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in economics, finance, accounting, business or public administration, or JD.
• Bachelor's degree with two years of related budget/financial experience.
• Associate degree + four years of related professional experience.
• High school diploma + six years of related experience.
• Combination of education and/or experience with substitution rules; HS diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Review LOS spending with Purchasing and Budget teams.
• Serve as LOS budget liaison.
• Analyze budget needs and submit modifications as needed.
• Assist HRBP with LOS new hire processing and interviews.
• Assist with PASSPort and FMS actions.
• Review weekly staff meal activity reports for discrepancies.
• Track LOS quarterly reimbursable costs.
• Track weekly contractual invoice payments.
• Handle special projects and other analytical duties.
