Job summary

The Osborne Association is seeking a full-time Program Analyst to join the Data Analytics team. The role focuses on providing data and analysis to support program goals, QA data processes, and producing internal and external performance reports. Hybrid work with a preference for Bronx or Brooklyn bases.

Salary ranges from $68,000 to $70,000 annually, with extensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth in a mission-driven nonprofit environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related area.
• At least 2 years of relevant non-profit experience preferred.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and data analysis.
• Experience with reporting to funding agencies is a plus.
• Ability to work with multiple departments and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and structure data systems for Osborne programs.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports.
• Analyze program data and ensure data quality.
• Identify discrepancies between internal and external databases.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership and funders.
• Train staff on data entry procedures and reporting tools.
• Ensure compliance with reporting changes and new contracts.
• Present program performance data to internal review meetings.
