Job summary

The Osborne Association seeks a Program Analyst to join our Data Analytics team in New York. You will support program leadership with data, reporting, and performance insights to help meet programmatic and budgetary goals.

In this hybrid role, you will structure data systems, produce dashboards, and generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for funders while ensuring data quality and HIPAA/PHI compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; nonprofit experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; in lieu of degree, 5 years of relevant experience accepted.
• Must have strong spreadsheet skills; familiarity with data visualization concepts is helpful.
