Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizen with ability to maintain a Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • 4–6 years of relevant field experience.
  • Ability to operate independently and oversee operations and procurements.
  • Strong written and oral communication with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Experience drafting US government reports and documents, such as briefing papers and talking points.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Drafts statements of work to meet U.S. foreign policy goals and coordinates with the interagency.
  • Drafts technical, programmatic, funding, and informational memoranda; responds to Congressional questions and interagency documents.
  • Oversees funding processes, interagency agreements, and task orders; supports program management and site visits.
  • Monitors deliverables and foreign assistance priorities set by the Department of State.
  • Develops knowledge on cybercrime, illicit finance, and related policy areas.
  • Establishes professional relationships with INL colleagues and interagency partners.
  • Ensures timely information and reporting for senior briefings and updates.
