Job summary

Spectra Tech, LLC is seeking a Program Analyst to support CT preparedness initiatives for a government project in Washington, DC. You will design and execute activities, prepare findings, and present reports on performance against budgets and milestones.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with several years of general experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with diverse interagency teams. Onsite at Navy Hill in Washington, DC with periodic travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and four years general experience.
• Experience drafting reports and presentations.
• Strong written and oral communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with national policies and interagency collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CT preparedness programs, providing admin, development, and implementation support.
• Prepare background and briefing materials for FO-level discussions on CT issues.
• Assist with interagency engagements and draft agendas, summaries, and lessons learned.
• Support travel arrangements and liaison with U.S. government partners for international meetings.
