Job summary

SCT is seeking a Program Analyst to support our national security mission organization. The role provides technical expertise and analytical support for nuclear R&D and engineering programs, acting as a trusted adviser to the client.

Responsibilities include analyses, readiness reviews, risk management, and coordinated program oversight. Onsite work is at client locations in Washington, DC or Albuquerque, NM with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience, incl. program analysis or project coordination
• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred
• Active U.S. Government security clearance with fully adjudicated background check

Responsibilities

• Provide technical evaluations and assessments of programs, technologies, and documentation
• Lead analyses to develop recommendations and solutions
• Coordinate activities across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
• Support program management activities: scheduling, baselines, and risk management
• Develop executive briefings and decision-support materials
• Conduct readiness assessments, audits, and program evaluations
• Assist budget development, cost analysis, and funding tracking
• Interface with client as trusted programmatic advisor
