Job summary

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC seeks a Sr. Program Analyst to support a government customer in Washington, DC. The role focuses on coordinating CT preparedness programs, preparing briefing materials, and supporting interagency engagements with strong liaison and administrative duties.

The candidate will manage event planning, travel arrangements, and knowledge assets while ensuring policy alignment and secure communications with U.S. government counterparts. A Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Eight years general experience.
• Expert knowledge of and at least five years’ experience with the Department of State.
• Knowledge of NSPM frameworks and counterterrorism policy.
• Experience in CBRNE technical field and ongoing initiatives.
• Strong organizational skills and meeting management.
• Excellent notetaking and policy paper drafting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, develop, design, and execute CT preparedness programs.
• Prepare background materials and briefing documents for senior discussions.
• Support interagency engagements and forum participation; draft agendas and after-action reports.
• Provide liaison updates to CT Bureau and related agencies.
• Plan events, identify spaces, invite participants, and track action items.
• Arrange travel and lodging with Embassy for international trips.
• Provide program management, monthly status reports, and risk notifications.
• Maintain a historical library of action items and knowledge assets.
