Job summary

HART Technologies, Inc. in Dahlgren, VA is seeking a Program Analyst - Administrative Support to join our engineering services support team. You will work closely with the Program Manager to develop reports and briefings, organize meetings, and track budgets and procurements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-6 years of professional experience.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop reports and briefings with Program Manager.
• Schedule, organize, prepare literature, attend meetings, and take minutes for distribution.
• Collaborate with finance and management support teams to meet project and customer deadlines.
• Provide direct support to customers, employees, and management teams.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and team members to ensure cohesive efforts across a broad portfolio of tasking.
• Take ownership of routine contract administrative tasks, operating with minimal oversight.
