Specialized Experience is paid or unpaid experience which has equipped you with the specific knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position.
You must have successfully completed a Ph.D or J.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree; OR have 1 year (52 weeks) of specialized experience at or equivalent to a GS‑9 Program Analyst Position; OR a combination of education and experience as listed below. Examples of specialized experience for the GS‑343‑11 level include but are not limited to:

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade level (or equivalent). You must meet all qualification requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
