USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service in the United States is seeking a senior Program Analyst and Project Manager to analyze initiatives, evaluate program areas, develop and administer surveys, and analyze data to inform decisions.
The incumbent will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate projects, manage contracts for specialized services, and provide recommendations to senior management.
This position is in Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO). The incumbent serves as a senior Program Analyst and Project Manager responsible for analyzing and making recommendations with respect to initiatives and issues related to evaluating program areas, developing, and administering surveys and analyzing data. Applicants must meet all qualifications and eligibility requirements by the closing date of the announcement including specialized experience and/or education, as defined below.
Applicants must have one year of specialized experience (equivalent to the GS-13 level) that demonstrates the statements below:
