First Roles seeks a Program Analyst for NAVSUP FLC SD GF to advise on training, controls, and procedures, interpreting directives and manuals. You will participate in team reviews of disbursing and personnel operations and may lead small- to mid-sized ship activities on-site.

The role involves developing procedures aligned with DFAS Cleveland/Indianapolis controls and offering technical guidance on military pay, travel regulations, and Navy Cash procedures across ships and shore activities.

You will serve as a Program Analyst of NAVSUP FLC SD GF.

You will make recommendations for ways to improve training, internal controls and the implementation of the new procedures and renders interpretations of directives, instructions, and manuals.

Your will perform reviews of disbursing/personnel functions and on-site examinations as a member of a team (large ships and activities) or as Team Leader (small ships and activities)

You will develop procedures to be compatible with and complimentary to the regulatory controls and procedures established by Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) Cleveland and Indianapolis.

You will provide technical advice to ships and shore activities on all phases of disbursing/personnel operations, military pay and allowances, travel regulations, Navy Cash procedures, etc.
