Job summary

Universal Technical Resource Services, Inc. (UTRS) seeks a Senior Requirements Analyst to join our team at Ft Benning, GA. You will provide expert systems analysis and requirements development for DoD acquisition and lifecycle management, ensuring on-time, budget-conscious outcomes.

You will coordinate with multiple stakeholders, analyze armaments and energetic systems, and support JCIDS, test planning, and documentation throughout the acquisition lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in systems analysis or related DoD field.
  • Experience with armaments, ammunition, energetic systems, or similar defense technologies.
  • Experience with test and evaluation (T&E) processes and acquisition lifecycle support.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be US Citizen and able to obtain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and integrating requirements into acquisition and capability development processes across multiple stakeholders and organizations.
  • Perform requirements research and analysis for armaments, ammunition, and energetic systems, identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze requirements, test data, and system performance to identify vulnerabilities and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Support development, review, and validation of requirements documentation, including participation in the JCIDS process.
  • Review system designs and participate in test and evaluation (T&E) activities to assess system performance and operational effectiveness.
  • Identify and track projects requiring T&E and recommend test strategies, scope, and resource requirements.
  • Assist in coordinating and executing T&E events, including collaboration with test centers and support organizations.
  • Assess and track T&E execution to identify technology gaps, program risks, and integration challenges, and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Provide analytical and programmatic support across acquisition lifecycle phases, including technology maturation, development, and production.
  • Evaluate Key Performance Parameters (KPPs), Key System Attributes (KSAs), and other requirements to monitor program progress and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support the planning and development of acquisition and systems engineering documentation, including design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR), Test and Evaluation Master Plans, and lifecycle support plans.
  • Prepare and deliver briefings, reports, and documentation to communicate findings, recommendations, and program status

What will you be doing?

What skills will the ideal candidate have to be successful?

This position will require the following skillsets and experience:
