Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Active Top Secret security clearance or ability to obtain.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in public administration, business, social science, or related field.
• At least 15 years of Federal/state/private sector work in policy, analysis, program management, and research.
• Experience with DoD, state, and local agencies liaison preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and evaluation of complex initiatives, driving data-driven decisions.
• Mentor staff, interface with senior leadership, and deliver executive briefings.
• Manage budgets and develop policies to improve efficiency.
• Ensure timely, on-budget delivery and effective cross-agency collaboration.
