Base pay range

$125.00/hr - $125.00/hr

Our client, a leading child welfare organization, is seeking a Program Analyst - Optimization to join their team. As a Program Analyst, you will be supporting the optimization of adoption services. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of child welfare policies, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Adoption Program Analyst

Location: Remote

What’s the Job?
  • Analyze current adoption caseloads to identify trends, inefficiencies, and service gaps.
  • Develop data-driven recommendations to enhance efficiency and streamline adoption processes.
  • Evaluate regional constraints affecting adoption service accessibility in various communities.
  • Design a communication plan to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the adoption centralization process.
  • Recommend an appropriate implementation approach and develop a timeline outlining key milestones.
What’s Needed?
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Human Services, or a related field.
  • Experience in adoption services, child welfare policy, or program evaluation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Understanding of state and federal child welfare policies, including the Family First Prevention Services Act (FFPSA).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
