Security Awareness Program Analyst (Phishing & Metrics Focus)

This role supports the organization’s security awareness initiatives, focusing on phishing programs, data analysis, and visualization. The analyst will manage operations, collaborate with vendors, and enhance reporting and metrics presentation for leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Manage phishing program operations, including vendor coordination and metrics analysis
  • Develop and visualize data insights for leadership storytelling
  • Support security awareness campaigns with a creative approach
  • Research and evaluate external vendors and technologies
  • Automate tasks and improve processes for efficiency
Minimum Requirements
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Experience with data analysis in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity and IT practices
  • Ability to communicate project status and develop team standards
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security or related field
  • Vendor management experience
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience
Additional Information

This is a fully remote, contract position with semi-annual travel to St. Louis. The team values creativity and collaboration, with a focus on innovative security awareness strategies.
