Job summary

The City of Colorado Springs is seeking a Program Administrator II to lead the UASI program administration, grant compliance, and regional homeland security investments. You will work with emergency management, law enforcement, fire, public health, and other partners to plan, implement, and sustain projects linked to terrorism preparedness.

The role requires coordinating grant lifecycle activities, budgeting, reporting, and governance processes, with a focus on accountability and audit

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; three years of professional experience in related field preferred.
• Knowledge of FEMA grants administration, compliance, and grant lifecycle processes.
• Experience coordinating multi‑agency partnerships and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal advisor on UASI program administration, grant compliance, and investment strategies.
• Administer the UASI program through the full grant lifecycle from planning to closeout.
• Coordinate governance records, meeting minutes, and decision logs for the UAWG.
