Job summary

Spectrum Health Systems in Norfolk, MA seeks a Program Administrator to supervise implementation and delivery of program and case management services across sites, facilities and modalities.

You will ensure services align with evidence-based practices, supervise staff training, and meet business needs including possible evening/weekend duties. This role requires strong judgment, communication, and collaboration in a diverse setting.

Qualifications

• BA/MA or 3 years equivalent experience in criminal justice, human services, education or closely related field required.
• DOC experience and/or Alcohol/Drug certification preferred.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in counseling preferred.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a substance use, mental health, or other related behavioral health program required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
• Must display the use of appropriate independent judgment to determine appropriate course of action in resolving problems and in emergencies.
• Must be able to express self adequately in written and oral communication and to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary, culturally diverse setting with clients, families, staff and regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities

• Supervising the implementation and delivery of program and case management services within the designated sites, facilities and modalities.
• Ensuring program services are delivered in accordance with evidence-based and Spectrum’s best practices; ensures service elements foster an atmosphere of customer service and excellence in service delivery.
• Checking that all program staff is highly trained and proficient in the delivery of the service elements.
• Working the hours required to meet the business needs of the organization including the ability to work more than 40 hours in a work week which may include evening and weekend programming.
