Spectrum Health Systems, Inc. Framingham outpatient treatment program seeks a Clinical Program Director to manage daily operations and supervise clinical and case management services.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Counseling, mental health, social work, closely related field.
• Licensed Social Worker or Mental Health Counselor or closely related license.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in counseling.
• Minimum of three years in substance abuse, mental health, or related behavioral health program.
• Experience with DPH licensing, CARF standards, MBHP regulations preferred.
• MS Word and Excel knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a program of substance abuse treatment services.
• Supervise the implementation and delivery of clinical and case management services.
• Ensure services meet licensing, accreditation and regulatory requirements and Spectrum’s clinical design.
• Work hours required to meet the organization’s business needs, including more than 40 hours per week.
