Job summary

Spectrum Health Systems in Norfolk, MA is seeking a Program Administrator to supervise the implementation and delivery of program and case management services within designated sites, facilities and modalities.

The role ensures services are delivered in accordance with evidence-based practices, keeps staff trained and proficient, and maintains a high standard of service delivery across interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• BA/MA or 3 years equivalent experience in criminal justice, human services, education or closely related field required.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in counseling preferred.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a substance use, mental health, or other related behavioral health program required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.

• Supervising the implementation and delivery of program and case management services within the designated sites, facilities and modalities.
• Ensuring program services are delivered in accordance with evidence-based and Spectrum’s best practices; ensures service elements foster an atmosphere of customer service and excellence in service delivery.
• Checking that all program staff is highly trained and proficient in the delivery of the service elements.
• Working the hours required to meet the business needs of the organization including the ability to work more than 40 hours in a work week which may include evening and weekend programming.
