Cedar Rapids Independent Filmmakers (CRIFm) is currently seeking an experienced part-time, hybrid Program Administrator Consultant.
CRIFm is a non-profit organization whose mission is to encourage and assist independent filmmakers with Iowa ties in continuing to hone their craft; provide a showcase for Iowa-connected films; present unique cultural events to the community; and create networking opportunities for the purpose of building the Iowa Filmmaking Industry. Current funding for the position is for a one-year grant cycle lasting approximately eight months.
The Program Administrator will be a part-time, hybrid consultant based in Cedar Rapids, IA. They will bring expertise and provide guidance on organization and support CRIFm’s administrative functions for the upcoming planning season. CRIFm’s primary tasks are to plan the 2027 Cedar Rapids Independent Film Festival and other Cedar Rapids Independent Filmmakers (CRIFM) events, including but not limited to the IF workshop in late fall, the Cedar Rapids St. Patrick's Day Parade (SaPaDaPa), special film screenings.

The person in this role must be a motivated self-starter able to self-supervise with great time-management skills. Proven experience as a Program Administrator or Project Manager is required.
