Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate required; two-year degree preferred.
• Experience: Three years of related work experience preferred.
• Technical: Proficiency in Google Workspace and marketing tools.
• Primary role: Operations Associate with Creative Services focus.

Responsibilities

• Leads lamination and finishing for all incoming print jobs and coordinates with the creative team.
• Oversees daily opening and setup of the Creative Studio and ensures order tickets and packing slips are processed.
• Maintains Studio Procedure Manual and coordinates pricing fluctuations with purchasing.
• Advertises studio services using marketing tools to reach clients.
• Acts as primary contact for customer inquiries regarding Creative Services.
• Prepares, types, and proofs correspondence and reports for the assigned department.
• Manages agency mailings, records, and general office functions.
