Job summary

BELFOR Property Restoration is seeking a Program Account Coordinator to act as a liaison among internal teams, account managers, clients, and field offices. The role involves using database reports and systems to track activities and ensure smooth information flow for daily operations.

The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines, and occasional travel within the state of Michigan.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of computer program/application experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient on applications for the assigned account and support BELFOR field personnel.
• Assist field offices with electronic communication via client and BELFOR apps.
• Detail fee structure for each account and payment timing.
• Support field offices in maintaining electronic job files.
• Provide coaching to field offices virtually or by phone.
• Generate monthly reports using the Job Management system.
• Attend BELFOR training and safety courses as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Limited in-state travel for account conferences, field meetings, client meetings, and trainings.
