Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, 5+ years of experience, advanced Excel skills, and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.

Kforce has a client seeking a Profitability Analyst for a permanent, hybrid role in Miami, FL. This role will support the Finance team with profitability analysis, financial and management reporting, regulatory reporting, data reconciliation, and transfer pricing/FTP analysis. The Profitability Analyst will prepare profitability reporting across business units, clients, bankers, and products, maintain and reconcile financial data, track fees and operating expenses, and develop Excel tools to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
• 5+ years of experience in profitability, transfer pricing modeling, and financial analysis
• Banking or financial services experience preferred
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with financial and database reporting
• Strong understanding of financial information and accounting principles
• Bilingual English/Spanish required

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
