Kforce Inc. seeks a Profitability Analyst for a permanent, hybrid role in Miami, FL.

The analyst will support the Finance team with profitability analysis, financial and management reporting, regulatory reporting, data reconciliation, and FTP/transfer pricing analysis. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, 5+ years of experience, advanced Excel skills, and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of profitability, transfer pricing modeling, and financial analysis.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with financial and database reporting.
• Strong understanding of financial information and accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Support Finance with profitability analysis and financial reporting.
• Prepare profitability reporting across business units, clients, bankers, and products.
• Develop Excel tools to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Data reconciliation and regulatory reporting support.
