Job summary

Responsibilities

Kforce is seeking a Private Banking Administrator for a permanent, hybrid opportunity in Miami, FL. This role will support Private Bankers with day-to-day client servicing, including KYC documentation, account openings and maintenance, investment documentation, transfers, foreign exchange, investment orders, and time deposits. The ideal candidate will have a strong banking or financial services background, excellent customer service and organizational skills, and experience supporting client accounts and banking transactions.

• 2-5 years of related banking/financial services experience
• Experience with account documentation, KYC, account openings, and client transactions
• Strong customer service and organizational skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
