Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Store Manager to lead sales, profitability, and store operations. The role focuses on achieving sales growth, maintaining brand standards, and acting as a profit center within company policies.

You will supervise the store team, plan staffing, manage performance, and coordinate pricing and merchandising with district leadership to maximize gross profit while ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be well organized with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage time efficiently.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment, and systems.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
• Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE certification.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales by directing team members delivering prompt, courteous service.
• Solicit orders, sell company products, and represent the company per policy.
• Maintain customer base and increase sales at assigned accounts.
• Coordinate sales call efforts with Territory Sales Manager.
• Supervise store team and assist District Manager in hiring and evaluations.
• Develop schedules based on sales and payroll forecasts; review timecards.
