Job summary

Deceuninck North America in Fernley, NV is seeking a Thermoplastic Profile Extrusion Technician to keep extrusion lines running safely, capture production data, and hand off a clean, well-documented process to the next operator. You’ll verify carts, review profile part drawings, and log conditions throughout your shift while ensuring MES data integrity.

The role requires reading part drawings, maintaining quality samples, and communicating key process information during handoffs.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
• Solid basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate up to three extrusion lines safely.
• Read and interpret part prints, drawings, and schematics.
• Complete MES documentation (P Side, Router, supplemental docs).
• Input data accurately into MES and maintain data quality.
• Record process conditions at 8, 12, and 4 o'clock intervals.
• Keep lines and area clean; report issues promptly.
• Perform autonomous preventive maintenance and assist teammates as needed.
