Job summary

Engineered Profiles LLC is hiring an extrusion operator to set up and run a custom extruded profile. You will prepare the line, operate machinery, and perform quality checks to meet customer expectations in a fast-paced two-week rotating schedule.

This role is on-site in a 24/7 environment with a starting wage based on experience. As you progress, training opportunities and potential career growth through our training matrix are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some manufacturing/technical experience desirable.
• Ability to use basic measuring tools and quality gauges.

Responsibilities

• Set up equipment (dies, screws, downline) to enable line production.
• Start up machinery and adjust to achieve high quality extrusion.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping per rules and report hazards.
• Ensure product quality via check sheets, color checks, SPC data entry.
• Ensure proper packaging materials are available and products are packed correctly.
• Assist in training new trainees by sharing knowledge and information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
