Job summary

Deceuninck North America, LLC in Fernley, NV is seeking a Thermoplastic Profile Extrusion Technician to keep extrusion lines running safely and to capture production data. You will monitor multiple lines, prepare quality samples, and hand off a documented process to the next operator.

Responsibilities

• Operate up to three extrusion lines safely and efficiently.
• Verify carts and labels and maintain accurate MES entries.
• Record process conditions at scheduled times and ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare quality samples per part drawings and maintain documentation.
• Keep work areas clean and free of hazards; follow safety procedures.
