PrideGlobal is seeking a Professional Services Sourcing Specialist to join its procurement organization in a hybrid schedule. This role leads strategic sourcing initiatives for professional services, partnering with internal stakeholders and suppliers to drive pricing, cost savings, and strong commercial outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in strategic sourcing, experience with RFP/RFI/RFQ, and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint along with exposure to Ariba, Fieldglass, Tableau, or Business

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management.
• Experience sourcing professional services or other indirect categories.
• Strong experience with RFP/RFI/RFQ processes, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
• Familiarity with SOWs, T&M, managed services, or outsourced services.
• Strong analytical skills, including spend analysis, pricing analysis, and savings/cost-avoidance tracking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; Ariba, Fieldglass, Tableau, or Business Objects experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers while managing sourcing pipelines and ongoing supplier performance.

A leading global financial services firm is seeking a Professional Services Sourcing Specialist to join its procurement organization. This role will be responsible for managing strategic sourcing initiatives across professional services, partnering with internal stakeholders and suppliers to drive competitive pricing, cost savings, and strong commercial outcomes.
