Job summary

PrideGlobal is seeking a Professional Services Sourcing Specialist to join its procurement organization in a hybrid schedule. This role leads strategic sourcing initiatives for professional services, partnering with internal stakeholders and suppliers to drive pricing, cost savings, and strong commercial outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in strategic sourcing, experience with RFP/RFI/RFQ, and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint along with exposure to Ariba, Fieldglass, Tableau, or Business

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management.
• Experience sourcing professional services or other indirect categories.
• Strong experience with RFP/RFI/RFQ processes, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
• Familiarity with SOWs, T&M, managed services, or outsourced services.
• Strong analytical skills, including spend analysis, pricing analysis, and savings/cost-avoidance tracking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; Ariba, Fieldglass, Tableau, or Business Objects experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFP, RFI, and RFQ processes, including developing requirements, evaluating proposals, and making supplier recommendations.
• Source and negotiate with professional services providers, including consulting, SOW, T&M, and managed-service vendors.
• Analyze spend, pricing, supplier performance, and market data to identify cost savings and cost-avoidance opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts, commercial terms, SOWs, pricing, and other supplier agreements in partnership with Legal and business stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers while managing sourcing pipelines and ongoing supplier performance.
