Russell Tobin is seeking a Business Systems Analyst III for a 10+ month contract in Sunnyvale, CA. The role requires deep knowledge of supply chain and procurement processes, with a focus on supplier negotiations and analytics to support a Global Leading Technology Company.

The candidate will analyze supplier data, conduct spend analysis, and collaborate across the organization to ensure strategic objectives are achieved.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of contact center commodity landscape and buyer/supplier power.
• Perform supplier financial research, spend analysis, and ad-hoc financial analysis for procurement deals.
• Negotiate optimal terms with suppliers across direct/indirect labor, overhead, SG&A.
• Collaborate across the Client organization to meet business objectives and communicate findings to leaders.
• Conduct cost and capacity scenario analysis to optimize supply chain performance.
• Provide program management support and improve processes, templates, and reporting.

Business Systems Analyst III

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Duration: 10+ Month Contract

Client: Global Leading Technology Company

Pay range: $65/hr. to $68/hr on W2 (all Inclusive)

Description

• Develop a nuanced understanding of the contact center commodity landscape identify changes in buyer and supplier power and use industry dynamics to Client’s advantage.
• Perform supplier financial research, spend analysis and ad-hoc financial analysis for strategic procurement deals.
• Effectively work with suppliers to negotiate optimal terms for sourcing. Understanding of direct labor, indirect labor, overhead and SG&A breakdown.
• Collaborate across the Client organization to ensure business objectives are met. Includes the ability to rapidly synthesize and communicate findings to leaders and to actively identify potential supply issues that can affect strategy.
• Optimize supply chain performance through cost and capacity scenario analysis, and benchmarking.
• Provide overall program management support and contribute to ongoing development of processes, templates, escalation procedures, and reporting.
