Job summary

ThinkTech Advisors in Raleigh, NC seeks a Manager of Professional Services to lead a project engineering team and drive successful delivery for client initiatives. You will develop engineers, coordinate resources, and partner with sales and service leaders to keep projects moving forward.

The role requires strong leadership, project governance, and budget oversight to ensure outcomes, with collaboration across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical teams in a project-based environment.
• Experience managing project timelines, resources, budgets, or delivery performance.
• Ability to lead and support technical teams while focusing on outcomes and execution.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of technology projects and delivery challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project engineers.
• Oversee delivery of infrastructure, networking, migration, and systems projects for ThinkTech clients.
• Monitor project scope, schedules, resource allocation, and delivery performance.
• Remove roadblocks and coordinate across teams to keep projects moving forward.
• Partner with account managers and service leaders to support project planning, expectations, and execution.
• Help resolve project challenges while maintaining a positive client and team experience.
• Review project performance and identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency.
