Job summary

ThinkTech in Greensboro or Raleigh is seeking a Manager of Professional Services to lead our project engineering team. You will develop project engineers, coordinate resources, and partner with sales and service leaders to keep client projects moving forward.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical teams in a project-based environment.
• Experience managing project timelines, resources, budgets, or delivery performance.
• Ability to lead and support technical teams while maintaining focus on outcomes, priorities, and execution.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of technology projects and the challenges involved in delivering them.
• MSP experience, professional services or project delivery leadership, infra/networking/virtualization/deployments.
• PM training such as PMP or CAPM.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project scope, schedules, resource allocation, and overall delivery performance.
• Remove roadblocks and coordinate across teams to keep projects moving forward.

• Help resolve project challenges while maintaining a positive experience for clients and team members.
• Review project performance and identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and consistency.

We're looking for a Manager of Professional Services to lead our project engineering team.

Work Environment

• Based in Raleigh or Greensboro with occasional travel between office locations

Compensation

• Base salary: $65,000 to $85,000
• Eligible for profit sharing
