Job summary

ThinkTech in Raleigh/Greensboro seeks a Manager of Professional Services to lead a team of project engineers and drive successful client projects. You will mentor engineers, coordinate resources, and partner with sales and service leaders to keep initiatives moving.

Ideal candidates bring experience leading technical teams in project-based settings, managing timelines and budgets, and strong communication with varied stakeholders. Travel between office locations is possible.

We're looking for a Manager of Professional Services to lead our project engineering team.

In this role, you'll develop project engineers, coordinate resources, and partner with sales and service leaders to keep client projects moving forward. We're looking for someone who understands technology projects and enjoys helping both people and projects succeed.

What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project engineers
• Oversee the delivery of infrastructure, networking, migration, and systems projects for ThinkTech clients

What We're Looking For

• A solid understanding of technology projects and the challenges involved in delivering them successfully

Helpful Experience

• Managed services (MSP) experience
• Professional services or project delivery leadership
• Infrastructure, networking, virtualization, migration, and/or systems deployment projects
• Experience partnering with sales teams on project scope, timelines, and expectations
• PMP, CAPM, or similar project management training

Work Environment

• Based in Raleigh or Greensboro with occasional travel between office locations

Compensation

• Base salary: $65,000 to $85,000
• Eligible for profit sharing
