Job summary

System One in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Professional Recruiter to manage the full recruiting lifecycle, source active and passive candidates, screen, interview, and reference check while driving new business with the Sales Account Executive.

You will build candidate pools across technical roles, leverage networks, and maintain relationships with clients and contractors, contributing to revenue growth in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• 0-4 years of experience in customer service, sales, marketing, communications, or related field.
• Enthusiastic, goal-oriented, ambitious, competitive, and self-motivated.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Desire to learn and advance in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Utilize innovative recruiting methods to identify and attract top-performing professionals for a variety of positions.
• Support customer recruiting needs by matching the right candidate to requirements.
• Strategically source via internet, job boards, referrals, networking, social media, internal database, and other resources.
• Evaluate candidates’ qualifications by interviewing and checking references.
• Maintain candidate relationships and manage contract employees on assignment.
• Adhere to the full hiring life cycle policies and procedures.
• Complete pre-employment processes and paperwork, including background checks and drug screens.
• Generate leads and set meetings to establish new business locally and nationally.
• Develop a community presence by networking with local leaders and associations.
• Collaborate with teammates to service current and new accounts.

As a Professional Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the recruiting process, which entails sourcing active and passive candidates, phone screens, checking references, conducting interviews, and managing the recruiting process. You will also be responsible for establishing new business by generating leads, setting and attending meetings with your Sales Account Executive, and maximizing revenue and profits.
