Job summary

gpac is partnering with a reputable Architecture and Design Firm to hire an experienced Project Manager who will lead projects from initiation to completion in a collaborative culture. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture with 7–12 years’ experience across all project phases; architectural licensure is preferred.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required, with a strong focus on client relations and team leadership.

Responsibilities

Project Manager Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture required
• 7-12 years of professional experience in all phases of architectural projects
• Architectural license preferred

Project Manager Requirements

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required.
• Experience in work place, office space, office interiors, hospitality, healthcare preferred
• Sufficient experience in proposals, contracts, project plans
• Strong technical, code and detailing skills for quality documentation
• Enthusiastic commitment to the multidisciplinary design process and team environment
• Proactive written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage client relationships

Project Manager Responsibilities

• The Project Manager will be responsible for start to finish project management
• The ability to effectively manage a team
• Consult with clients on project plans, contracts, proposals
• Scheduling, Estimates, Budget, Planning to complete projects- drawings, models, images, material etc.
• Professional client development skills
• Leadership skills, ability to build relationships at all levels, internally and externally

Project Manager Compensation

• $80,000- $125,000 (negotiable depending upon experience, business development capabilities and technical skill-set)
