Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Route driving experience: 2 years required.
• Indiana Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport ambulatory and wheelchair clients to medical appointments and other destinations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues.
• Operate wheelchair lifts/ramps and secure mobility devices per ADA and company standards.
• Maintain compliance with Safety, HIPAA/privacy, and company policies.
