Job summary

Hershey Lodge is seeking lifeguards to ensure guest safety at the pool and attractions. You will enforce rules, respond to aquatic emergencies, and maintain pool facilities while delivering friendly guest service.

Applicants should be at least 18 and complete Hershey’s funded Ellis & Assoc. Lifeguard Training. Prior lifeguarding not required, but a positive attitude and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Attend and complete the Ellis & Assoc. International Pool and Lifeguard Training Program provided and paid for by Hershey Entertainment and Resorts properties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and enforce swimming pool and attraction rules and safety regulations.
• Anticipate, recognize, and respond to aquatic emergencies.
• Monitor equipment and supplies.
• Maintain work area and surrounding environment.
• Participate in weekly lifeguard in-service training.
• Performing other duties as assigned
