Job summary

The Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company is seeking a dedicated lifeguard to join The Hotel Hershey's aquatic team. You will actively monitor pool areas, enforce safety rules, and respond to emergencies to ensure guest and staff safety.

Eligible candidates are 18+, with at least 1 year of related experience. You will enroll in Ellis Lifeguard training upon hire and must pass the class to work; comprehensive benefits start soon after employment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• Employee will be enrolled in Ellis Lifeguard class upon hire and must pass to work.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor pool activity to anticipate, recognize, and respond to aquatic emergencies.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas and surroundings.
• Oversee and enforce pool rules and safety regulations for Hotel guests.
• Monitor pool equipment and supplies and ensure proper levels.
• Maintain lifeguard and first aid skills at a Test Ready level; participate in in-service training.
