Job summary

Hershey Lodge is seeking pool lifeguards to ensure guest safety and provide friendly, professional assistance. Lifeguards will enforce pool rules, respond to emergencies, monitor equipment, and participate in ongoing training.

You must be 18+, complete the Hershey lifeguard program, and meet swimming and fitness requirements. The role requires working 40 hours a week, including weekends and holidays, with English communication skills essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Complete Ellis & Assoc. lifeguard training paid for by Hershey properties.
• Must swim 100 yards and perform lifesaving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pool and attraction rules and safety regulations.
• Respond to aquatic emergencies promptly and effectively.
• Monitor pool equipment and supplies; maintain clean work area.
• Attend weekly in-service lifeguard training and maintain skills.
