Duties:

1. Handle all aspects of civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
2. Defend claims involving legal malpractice, commercial disputes, and other professional liability matters
3. Engage with attorney-clients and professional clients directly, building trust and managing communications effectively
4. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
5. Conduct depositions and court appearances as needed
6. Collaborate closely with partners and fellow associates in a team-oriented setting
7. Contribute to business development efforts and relationship-building with clients

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience, preferably in civil defense or related areas
