Qualifications

• : Bachelor Degree in Education or related field; Masters preferred.
• : Valid California Clear Teaching Credential; Administrative Services Credential preferred
• : Leadership/Management experience required
• : Experience with e-learning software (e.g. Articulate) or Learning Management Systems
• : Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
• : Knowledge of instructional design methodologies and data analytics
• : Knowledge of public K-12 teacher induction programs

Responsibilities

• Support planning, development, and implementation of new teacher training programs
• Provide ongoing coaching to staff to increase student achievement and engagement
• Plan, implement, and evaluate PLCs at site and regional levels
• Coordinate with regional instruction specialists to ensure training timelines
• Support professional development opportunities aligned with improvement goals
• Develop and maintain professional development content and resources
• Prepare correspondence, newsletters, and marketing materials related to professional development
• Maintain program files and complete reports as necessary
• Attend meetings and workshops to develop or enhance skills
• Travel up to 50% across the region
