Job summary

iLEAD California Charters is seeking an Educational Facilitator/Teacher- Hybrid for iLEAD Flex Exploration in Lancaster, CA. Reporting to the School Director, you will design and implement Project-based learning and tailor curriculum to learner needs, while supporting student growth and family communication.

You will collaborate with school leaders and teachers to promote SEL, manage assessments, maintain ILPs, and ensure alignment with iLEAD's mission of excellence and post-secondary readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with credential requirements for core subjects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to solve problems and multi-task in a dynamic school environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, students, and families.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and implement Project-based Learning tailored to learner needs.
• Create and tailor curriculum within iLEAD Flex Exploration.
• Maintain records, assessments, and ILPs for each learner with families.
• Communicate regularly with department, students, and parents regarding progress.
