Job summary

Amplify is seeking a full-time Lead Professional Learning Specialist, STEM to join our Professional Development team and support educators and students nationwide.

Lead PLS deliver high-quality remote and onsite professional development to groups of 30–40 educators and coach a cohort of 30-40 PLS through observations and feedback.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of PreK–12 teaching and coaching experience; travel 60% is expected.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified to design and deliver adult professional learning.
• Experience delivering both in-person and remote PD to large groups.
• Ability to differentiate instruction for diverse school contexts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality remote and onsite professional development to groups of 30–40 educators
• Coach and develop a cohort of 30-40 PLS through observations and feedback
• Lead development of targeted plans based on data and feedback
• Collaborate with Product and Program teams to share insights and improve implementation
