Job summary

College Admissions Made Possible 2.0 (CAMP) seeks a Professional Learning Specialist to design and deliver PD aligned to ELP modules and Afterschool curricula. You will coach teachers, coordinate sessions, and ensure content aligns with CAMP/ELP guidelines while managing logistics and team collaboration.

You will build relationships with schools, contribute to content reviews, and stay current with adult learning practices to improve classroom impact and educator effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field.
• At least three years of classroom teaching or educational coaching experience.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Comfort using digital learning platforms and virtual meeting tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate PD sessions from ELP modules and Afterschool curriculum, adapting delivery to the audience and format.
• Coach teachers, staff, and Hub contacts as they apply ELP strategies in their own settings.
• Coordinate with colleagues to keep sessions on the current, approved module version and align with CAMP/ELP style guides.
• Build and maintain tracking systems for session planning, attendance, completion, and participant progress.
• Represent CAMP and ELP professionally in school and district settings; write blogs as part of outreach.
