College Admissions Made Possible 2.0 (CAMP) is seeking a Program Manager to lead ACT preparation, college advising, and tutoring initiatives. The role oversees curriculum development, staff scheduling, and partner relationships while ensuring contractual compliance and high-quality program delivery across multiple sites.

The position requires strong organizational skills, experience in education, and the ability to manage complex projects with data-driven reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in education, college access programming, or youth development is desirable.
• Strong organizational and project management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee implementation of CAMP programs across multiple sites.
• Ensure program delivery aligns with contractual commitments and grant objectives.
• Supervise instructors, tutors, and program staff; manage calendars and staffing.
• Develop and monitor ACT preparation, college readiness curricula, and tutoring initiatives.
• Maintain partner relationships with schools and districts; report on program outcomes.
